Hi everyone!

I have added our current yoga class schedule to the website under the yoga tab. You can also sign up for classes from there.

We also have private sessions available in 60m and 90m sessions, you can sign up for those from the main menu of our online schedule. For those, you can have up to 3 people, so you can share a class with friends if you wish.

Hi everyone! I’m excited, our member area is up and running and accessible on the right-hand area of our website. If you do not have a log-in, please set it up at your next appointment.

For those of you who are not members, our yoga schedule is online and non-members can reserve spots in those classes. We are slowly, but surely, adding classes. As we do not have many classes, we are offering class cards. The current one offered is 8 classes for $120. Otherwise, they are $20/class. Each class is 90m, unless otherwise stated. Mats, belts, blankets, and blocks are provided; the only thing you need to bring is yourself.
